We meet every week at 8:30 on Saturday mornings for a session of Meditation, followed by Sonic Meditation, followed by tea.

The ancient practice of お歯黒 OHAGURO dates back to before the Heian period (794-1185). Teeth were stained black using a kanemizu mixture made from dissolved iron filings.
